Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Specialist
Behavior consultants guide treatment planning for clients, supervise technicians, and follow IBHS and insurance regulations.

To apply for this position, these requirements are needed:
- Licensed behavior analyst
- BCBA (preferred)
- Master’s degree
- Extensive experience providing ABA to young children
- Experience in VB-MAPP, FBA, reports, staff supervision
- Wants to be a part of a growing company and loves team work
BHT – Behavioral Technician
Behavior Technicians (BHT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) follow the client’s individualized treatment plan and FBA as they provide 1:1 direct therapy.
To apply for this position, these requirements are needed:
- Age 18+
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No felonies or misdemeanors.
- Reliable transportation (some travel between centers required)
- Legal photo ID/driver license
- Ability to play and have fun
- Fluency in English (writing, understanding, reading)
- Basic computer skills (all data is digital)
- Ability to work independently and as a team
Center Assistant
Center assistants do not provide 1:1 direct therapy with clients, but assist with the daily routines and flow of the centers.
GBS works with Pathways to Careers. Our Center Assistants are often High School students getting an experience in their last year or two of High School.
To apply for this position, these requirements are needed:
- Age 14 and above, with working papers
- Reliable transportation (no travel between centers)
- Clearances (criminal, child abuse, and FBI fingerprints)
- Ability to play and have fun
- Ability to follow directions
- Fluency in english
Internship Opportunities
GBS works with several colleges and Universities to provide an internship experience that immerses you in the GBS culture, as well as meeting your course requirements. Full and part time internships are available. Some paid internships are available as well!

Employees are eligible for 401K after 6 months of continuous employment from first date of hire, and being older than 21 years of age.
Employees are eligible for Health Benefits (medical, dental, vision, Short term disability, life insurance, etc) after 30-day review and maintaining 25+ hrs a week per quarter schedule.
Employees are eligible for PTO 100 days after completion of orientation and maintenance of 25hrs/wk per quarter.
BCBA/LBS may be eligible for relocation package.
