Hi, I’m Dana! (PhD, BCBA-D, LBS)
I’m a doctoral level Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a Licensed Behavior Specialist under the PA State Board of Medicine, Autism Specialist, and mom to two awesome kids, 4 dogs, a cat, two guinea pigs. And a shout out to my sweet fiancee, who puts up with my crazy work schedule and our zoo of a house!
I’ve worked with children with ASD/behavioral/ communication issues for over 20 years. I’ve provided workshops and training internationally, though I do prefer to stay close to home. Through my professor position at Pennsylvania State University, I instruct courses in ethics for behavior analysts and practicum for behavior analysts.
The Center is a dream come true… to be able to work 1:1 with some amazing kids and staff, to demonstrate growth through data, and to help the children and their families enjoy life more. I couldn’t be more excited or happier to walk in our doors every day! And I have big plans for the Center in the future!!
Hello, my name is Erin (Lead RBT)
I am the Lead Registered Behavior Technician at Garner Behavior Services, LLC. I have worked with the company since we started, a little over a year ago! I am currently going to school for Occupational Therapy at Pennsylvania College of Technology. I love my job and watching kids grow every day.
My favorite part is not only seeing them succeed, but seeing how proud they are of themselves of their achievements knowing how far they have come and how great they are doing!
Hi! My name is Melissa! (RBT)
I have a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy. I currently work as an Registered Behavior Technician at GBS. I love watching our kids grow, overcome obstacles, and interact with each other. The absolute best part of my job is when parents tell us how therapy has improved their child’s behavior at home.
I first became interested in behavior analysis after I started considering behavior management strategies for my own child. My daughter is a very energetic 5-year-old who makes sure there is never a dull moment in our home! We enjoy doing arts and crafts, dancing, reading, matching games, and taking trips to the park. In my down time, you can usually find me binge-watching shows on Hulu or creating crafting projects that I find on Pinterest.
Hi, I’m Ashley! I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood (PreK-4) and Special Education (K-8). I am a Behavior Technician at GBS, LLC. I am also a Learning Support Teacher locally. I am currently attending Ball State University (online) for my master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism. I absolutely love working with kids and being a part of their learning and success! My favorite part of my job is interacting with the kids and being able to help them to overcome challenges they face. When I am not working at the GBS center or at school, I enjoy hiking and exploring the outdoors, reading a good book, and spending time with my family!
